Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Oversees all administrative aspects of the Oasis Lifelong Learning program, including class registration, class set-up, communicating with instructors, etc. Oversees and trains office volunteers. Answers phone, communicates with outside vendors, pays bills, prepares bank deposit reports and paperwork, sends donation thank you letters. (42)

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Must anticipate the daily flow of Oasis office activities and plan accordingly. Facilitates/monitors Zoom classes when needed. Sets up classrooms for a variety of classes.
