Main Areas of Responsibility:
Manage a busy office for a nonprofit educational organization, interacting with Oasis members, instructors, and the general public in a friendly, warm, welcoming manner. Oversee office volunteers, serve as initial point of contact for people calling or coming into the Oasis center.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Prepare bills for payment; prepare deposits, reconcile credit card statements; schedule Oasis instructors for classes; serve as primary contact for ordering office supplies, janitorial, phone services, etc.; set up A/V in classroom(s); and other tasks as assigned.
