Main Areas of Responsibility:
The office manager position is a full-time on-site position, managing a busy office for a nonprofit educational organization, interacting with members, instructors, and the general public in a friendly, warm, welcoming manner. Excellent organizational and customer service skills are a must. Must have experience managing an office. Computer skills include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive, & Google Docs. Past experience with financial recordkeeping and some bookkeeping is also important.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
General office duties include preparing reports; paying bills; Oasis catalog production role includes scheduling and confirmation of instructors, preparing instructor contracts, and some proofreading. Additional duties: ordering supplies; overseeing phone and janitorial services; recruiting and managing office volunteers; setting up classroom A/V equipment.
