Office Manager

Job Description
Type of Job: 
Full-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

• Manages all organizational contracts including health care, pension benefits, agency insurance, and funding related contracts;
• Oversees all organizational and plant operations;
• Serves as the primary grants and reports writer in coordination with the Director of Development and the agency senior leadership team;
• Manages donor data systems and supports the Director of Development in donor communications, donation tracking, & analysis of fundraising campaigns;

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

- Serves as the organizational lead in preparing for the annual financial audit;
- Ensures compliance State and Federal requirements with non-profit registrations and documentation;
- Manages data systems for the IDA and Prosperity Kids initiatives;
- Enthusiastically upholds Prosperity Works’ vision for a future in which all New Mexicans have the knowledge, relationships and opportunities to thrive.

Other Information/Requirements: 

• 
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• 
Proficient in Microsoft Office Product;
• Experience in grant writing;
• Ability to work well within a team;
• Ability to manage complex projects with multiple timelines;
• Experience with donor tracking systems and creating data tracking systems; and
• Commitment to asset building, social justice, and anti-poverty frameworks
• Bilingual preferred: Spanish-English
