Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Office Manager serves as a member of the staff team and provides administrative support to the Executive Director (ED), Associate Director, staff, Board of Trustees, Community Advisory Committee and related committees; provides operations/finance support; and general office management to support the Foundation’s mission.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 
Other Information/Requirements: 

• Must be proactive;
• High respect for confidential nature of all work;
• High degree of organization and attention to detail;
• Must be able to work independently;
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office products;
• General ledger accounting software experience helpful.
