Main Areas of Responsibility:
St. Martin's Hospitality Center is looking for an Office Manager. This position will serve many functions including reception, telephones, filing, some light accounting (scanning and processing invoices, purchase requests, donation checks, etc.), Some HR assistance in new hire paperwork preparation and orientation. This position will also include administrative assistant tasks for the Executive Director and Associate Executive Director.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
St. Martin's provides assistance to homeless, near homeless individuals. Must either have experience working with this population or be willing to learn. The administrative office houses only 2 of the 12 client programs of St. Martin's (housing and job development). However, interaction with our population will be required.
