Main Areas of Responsibility:
• Provide an efficient, safe office environment for residents, staff, and visitors
• Maintaining a professional, respectful attitude at all times
• Answer and respond to telephone voicemail messages
• Provides scheduled and walk-in tours of the facility on a daily basis
• Maintains/updates database of payments and documents received to the organization
• Prepare deposits for accountant on a biweekly basis
• Provide receipts for payments and donations on an as needed basis
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
• Participates/assists in the organization of projects and activities for EPC
• Attend regular staff, intern and project meetings with and without the Executive Director
• Conduct changes to community calendar and monitor events as scheduled
• Participate and oversee weekly community meetings with residents in the program
Interest in verbal/crisis intervention training as some after-hours may be dedicated to crisis intervention. An “On-call” schedule is utilized to prevent overburdening any one person.
