Office Manager

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Maintain all operations of busy non-profit administrative offices. This includes answering phones, greeting clients, ordering supplies and and anticipating staff requirements. Some accounting experience (pay clients for service, process checks, etc.)

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Must have excel, some accounting and HR experience. Process new hire paperwork.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Must have at least 2-3 years as an office manager
Be comfortable working with behavioral health clients (interaction with clients is at a minimum but will occur)
Be able to multi-task and have extremely good time management skills
