Office Manager

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

To provide all levels of administrative support, including general office management and bookkeeping, to the JLA Board of Directors and 300 volunteer members. To serve as a liaison between the JLA and the community and the corporate headquarters.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Communicate with Board members and volunteers via email and telephone.
Maintain, review, and update member database.
Process all incoming payments.
Provide general administrative support.

Other Information/Requirements: 

15-20 hours per week. Hours flexible. One evening a week preferred.
Position is available immediately. Open until filled.
