Office Manager

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to: reception; general office correspondence; general filing; product distribution; accounting (bills, invoicing, payroll); development (participant & donor database maintenance); administrative activities and clerical support.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

The Office Manager is primarily responsible for maintaining the day-to-day correspondence and organizational infrastructure that enable Wings to deliver quality on-the-ground programs to American Indian Youth. The position reports to the Program Director and works in cooperation with other employees and volunteers to ensure that Wings business is efficiently and effectively addressed, documented and catalogued.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Desired Skill & Experience:
Excellent organization and planning skills; Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; Proficient with Microsoft Word & Excel, Accounting experience a BIG plus (Experience using Intuit QuickBooks, even better); Prior experience working in Native America preferred
; 4-year college degree, or beyond, preferred; Demonstrated knowledge and working experience within digital; mobile and social spaces.
