Main Areas of Responsibility:
To coordinate the daily activities needed to maintain positive customer service, an organized and efficient work environment, and administrative support for the achievement of goals and deliverables of programs for the organization.
Works closely with Departments Directors to establish administrative needs and respond to those through direct response or training and monitoring volunteers to respond.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
The individual is primarily responsible for customer service by answering the phones and greeting/ clients who walk into the office, entering funds into the cash control database, processing all outgoing mail and promoting the YWCA programs and events.
