Main Areas of Responsibility:
IAIA’s Department of Institutional Advancement (IA) is seeking to hire an experience full-time Office Coordinator. Duties include:
•Provide general administrative needs, data entry, gift processing, assistance with events coordination, and processing routine financial paperwork.
•Provide administrative support to IA’s Director and staff.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
•Perform a wide-range of clerical, administrative, operational and management support tasks/ functions.
•Provide administrative support to IA’s internal financial/budgetary functions, such as purchase orders, check requisitions, travel forms and professional service contracts.
