Main Areas of Responsibility:
Responsible for the administrative functions of the Foundation office.• Serves as receptionist, greeting visitors and answering phones
• Assists Executive Director with correspondence and miscellaneous tasks
• Maintains and orders office supplies
• Coordinates staff meetings
• Performs daily mail run, tape exchange, and bank deposits
• Oversees office cleaning staff
• Insures functionality of all office equipment
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
• Maintains current Board rosters and committee assignments
• Creates and maintains board member files
• Maintains Foundation binders: Minutes, board rosters
• Coordinates Board and Executive Committee meetings including, space reservation and set up, meal planning, packet assembly
• Serves as staff member for Nominating Committee
• Prepares minutes of Board, Executive, and Nominating meetings
• Assembles prospective and new Board Member packets
• Assists with Board Orientation
