Office front desk: reception, phones, correspondence
Get bids, order materials, take orders, package, and ship
Maintain database with event, donor and customer information
Organize and archive materials and event results
Moderate online discussion groups; manage memberships
Update website, handle registration
Prepare reports, coordinate travel and meals
Support budgeting and bookkeeping
