Main Areas of Responsibility:
Part time (6 hours/day). 9:00am - 3:00pm; M-F. $11 - $13/hr DOE. Coordinates office services such as general business activities for themselves and others, records control, and other administrative activities for Meals on Wheels of Albuquerque.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
• Answers phones, takes messages, directs callers, answers questions about the program
• Manages the mail (pick-up, drop-off, recording incoming payments and donations)
• Prepares reports, invoices, client files, and other job related paperwork
• Assists the Client Services and Volunteer Coordinators as well as the Accounting Manager
• Data entry
• Maintains files
• Occasionally drive meal delivery routes
• Other duties as assigned
