Part-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Serves as the main receptionist for all visitors and guests entering into GAHH offices. Notifies Staff of visitors. Answers all incoming phone calls, redirects calls, and provides additional information as needed. Works with all Staff members to ensure that any Administrative Support required is clearly understood and completed as required. Receives and logs mortgage payments and donations from visitors and guests.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Manages Lunch Box program, by reaching out to various companies and individuals with requests for donations by providing lunches at the construction site. Maintains log of lunches being provided.

Other Information/Requirements: 

High School Diploma or equivalent required. 2 years’ experience in an office setting.
* Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
* Ability to maintain organized and detailed work while managing multiple priorities and projects.
* Must have intermediate level of skills in the use of the computer and basic office computer applications
