Main Areas of Responsibility:
Serves as the main receptionist for all visitors and guests entering into GAHH offices. Notifies Staff of visitors. Answers all incoming phone calls, redirects calls, and provides additional information as needed. Works with all Staff members to ensure that any Administrative Support required is clearly understood and completed as required. Receives and logs mortgage payments and donations from visitors and guests.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Manages Lunch Box program, by reaching out to various companies and individuals with requests for donations by providing lunches at the construction site. Maintains log of lunches being provided.
