Main Areas of Responsibility: 

We are looking for a full-time Office Assistant to aid in the day to day operations of our Give Hope A Ride program. The ideal candidate will be expected to handle a range of administrative duties, while being able to work independently and as a team. This person will develop relationships with vehicle donors and businesses. They will also assist with social media surrounding the program. This person must be well organized, flexible and enjoy the ever changing challenges.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Job duties will include, but are not limited to answering phones, reviewing completed work for accuracy, data entry, filing, taking donations and scheduling pickups, provide quality service and assist in resolving issues that may arise, work with MVD to do title work and work monthly Saturday auctions.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license, willing to submit to a pre-employment background check with MVD.
• Bilingual a plus
