Main Areas of Responsibility:
We need someone to help our busy office get organized! We are growing and need to keep ship-shape. Answering phones and client/volunteer questions is a big part of what you will do. You must also be accurate in your typing and data entry - our client’s well-being depends on it!
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Answers phones, takes messages, directs callers, answers questions about the program
Prepares reports, invoices, client files
Manages the mail (pick-up, drop-off, recording incoming payments and donations)
Assists the Client and Volunteer Coordinators and the Accounting Manager
Data entry
Maintains files
Occasional Driving
Other duties as assigned
