Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Office Administrator is responsible for maintaining the office and providing support to all Directors as needed. This position is also the Executive Assistant for the Executive Director, which includes managing the Executive Director's calendar and providing significant support to the Executive Director.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Answer telephone and monitor voice messaging system. Greet office visitors/guests and maintain appearance of office. Deposit funds, enter gifts and process acknowledgement letters to donors. Compose, revise and proof documents and correspondence. Assist with organizing special events. Maintain office conference room and schedule outside meetings. Office errands as necessary, including making daily trips to the post office.
