Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Office Administrator is responsible for the weekday administrative operations of the church. The position requires excellent interpersonal skills.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Duties include providing appropriate information and assistance to staff regarding personnel matters and benefits; assuring that all staff meet the requirements for entry into their jobs (background and reference checks, valid licenses, etc.) and that new employee orientation is completed; maintaining personnel files and employment-related records;

Other Information/Requirements: 

Additionally, recruiting and training front desk and office volunteers; administering church office budget; running mailing labels or reports from the church database; formatting, editing, printing, and posting to the FPC website the weekly worship bulletins for Sunday services; scheduling all groups and activities on church calendar; and managing the phone system and other office equipment.
