Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Office Administrator is responsible for ensuring the smooth daily functioning of the ACLU of New Mexico offices.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

The Office Administrator monitors and troubleshoots building and computer network issues, handles various bookkeeping and human resources functions, provides administrative support to the Executive Director, and develops and monitors office procedures and systems. The Office Administrator works with outside vendors and is in frequent contact with staff and visitors.
