Main Areas of Responsibility:
Organize and maintain all office files
Maintain financial books and records accurately using QuickBooks software
Maintain fundraising database
Maintain minutes and corporate records for the Board of Directors
Knowledge and use of Constant Contact software
Assistance with conferences, meetings and events sponsored by SWLC
Supervising other administrative staff
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Ordering and maintaining office supplies
Organizing all direct mail fundraising solicitations and other mailings by the SWLC
Establishing and implementing office procedures
Must be highly organized
Must be bondable
