Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Position Purpose
The Office Administrator position is responsible for supporting the Chapter with office administrative functions.
Reports to: Executive Director

Major Responsibilities:
General Office/Reception
Maintain Database information
Newsletter content
Donation management
Fundraising Event support
Board Meeting support
Miscellaneous responsibilities as prescribed

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Qualifications—1+ year of professional office experience preferred

• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as effectively in a team environment
• Ability to accept responsibility for actions
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Must have strong computer technical skills. Publisher, Word, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Office, Adobe
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task

Other Information/Requirements: 

Compensation
This is a 40 hour work week, non-exempt, position. Salary range $11-15 depending on experience

Schedule
Monday through Friday 8:30 am-5 pm with a 30 minute un-paid meal period
Some Saturdays as needed for special events
