Office Administrator

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide support functions for the Executive Director and Program Manager.
• Maintain donor database including tracking and data entry of all donations, issuing monthly reports and letters of appreciation.
• Responsible for managing office operations including reception, mail, supplies and equipment.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

OTHER ASPECTS OF THE JOB:
• Demonstrate a commitment to the mission and values of The Food Depot.
• Must be detail-oriented, able to handle multiple tasks in an office/warehouse environment.
• Must be able to use general office equipment such as computers, calculators and copiers.

Other Information/Requirements: 

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Experience: Must be computer literate. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, QuickBooks a must, knowledge of Access a plus.
• Education: Requires a high school degree or equivalent.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to be a team player
• Must have excellent customer service skills
