Main Areas of Responsibility:
PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide support functions for the Executive Director and Program Manager.
• Maintain donor database including tracking and data entry of all donations, issuing monthly reports and letters of appreciation.
• Responsible for managing office operations including reception, mail, supplies and equipment.

• Must be detail-oriented, able to handle multiple tasks in an office/warehouse environment.
• Must be able to use general office equipment such as computers, calculators and copiers.
