Main Areas of Responsibility:
General office management in support of Northern Foundation operations. Assists with events planning and resource building. Manages donor database. Helps coordinate relationship building with donors and other constituents to advance overall strategic plans of the Northern Foundation. Delivers quality customer service and handles complex situations with tact and diplomacy. Works closely with ED, Northern New Mexico College staff, donors, outside stakeholders and agents, and volunteers.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
• Provide key leadership in annual Foundation scholarship awards process.
• Assist with media communications.
• Coordinate and process data analysis and entry projects; operate and maintain a computer and database system; enter donations into the computer, maintain database integrity and gift lists in RE7. Add new constituent records to the database as needed, analyze information and populate all appropriate data fields where information is available.
