Main Areas of Responsibility: 

We are seeking a talented individual to join our operations team. We are looking for a part time a nonprofit administrative assistant for approximately 20 hours per week. Our ideal candidate will be detailed oriented, highly organized, and self-directed. We are looking for an individual who displays initiative, is self-motivated and willing to work in a team environment.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support for Training Resources for the Environmental Community’s busy office in Santa Fe. TREC is a nonprofit organization providing training, consulting, and capacity building services for conservation groups in North America. The Administrative Assistant provides support to the Operations Director with administrative duties related to TREC’s database, IT, finances, and programmatic support, and other duties as requested.
