Overall Tasks
• Document stories — including video — of early childhood educators and families talking about the importance of high-quality early learning of children and families.
• Amplify the value of high-quality early learning experiences on social networks and in traditional media.
• Assist with social media and overall communications through creating materials and social media content, promoting engagement, etc.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Qualified candidates will have:
• Proficiency in social media management platforms: i.e, Buffer and/or Hootsuite.
• Proficiency in Canva or other graphic-design tool websites.
• Experience in sending email blasts and newsletters.
• Interest in supporting NMAEYC in developing clear communications policies.
• A commitment to the mission and brand of NMAEYC.
• The ability to adhere to social media and national brand guidelines.
