New Mexico Health Equity Partnership Half-time Administrative Assistant

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The New Mexico Health Equity Partnership, a W.K. Kellogg Foundation-funded initiative at the Santa Fe Community Foundation, seeks to improve the capacity of local communities to address the root causes of poor health by ensuring that health and equity are considered in planning and policy decisions in a wide array of sectors. NM-HEP is looking for a half-time Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the team.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

This position requires the following:
• Excellent critical thinking skills
• Extraordinary ability to connect and collaborate with staff and project partners
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties and tasks
• Highly organized with strict attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel and experience with databases (Raiser’s Edge
preferred) and website support

This position is grant funded and is available between November 18, 2013 and May 31, 2015.
