Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct outreach in 17 southern NM counties to elevate youth voices on homelessness.
Organize Youth Action Board meetings and enhance self-advocacy skills.
Convene stakeholders to focus on marginalized youth perspectives.
Implement a Coordinated Community Plan and support data collection and partnerships.
Assist with HUD requirements and the CoC Consolidated Application.

Other Information/Requirements: 

The New Mexico Coalition to End Homelessness has adopted a four-day work week (Monday-Thursday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm) to promote staff wellness. This approach empowers employees to focus on self-care, enhancing their ability to combat homelessness in New Mexico. The position is based in Santa Fe and requires travel.
