Main Areas of Responsibility: 

A New Member Engagement Manager is responsible for growing Girl Scout membership for a specific geographic area. This includes recruiting girl and adult members, collaborating within the department to support new volunteers in the onboarding process, and fostering strong community partnerships. This role ensures exceptional customer service while advancing our mission.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Membership Growth & Recruitment: assist in achieving GSNMT’s goals for girl and adult membership through developing and implementing membership plans in assigned areas. Volunteer and Girl Support: provide direct services to caregivers and adults in becoming Girl Scout members.
