Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Implements the mission of the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center (IPCC) museum and cultural programs, in accordance with the strategic vision and has overall responsibility in managing all aspects of programming while providing fiscal and operational integrity, aligning fundraising efforts with needs, maintaining standards of exhibitions, guiding collections management, and excellence in educational offerings.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Oversees the daily operations of the IPCC museum and cultural programs by providing leadership, consistent communication, problem-solving, and timely decision-making setting priorities and establishing goals in alignment with the needs of the IPCC organization while keeping the guest and mission at the forefront.
Leads a team by identifying short- and long-term measures of success, providing information and commentary,

Other Information/Requirements: 

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field plus seven years’ experience in fundraising and development with a successful track record and five years’ experience in an executive le Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen and background investigation. Native American preference will be given.
