Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Directly guides the strategic, operational, and programmatic aspects of the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center ensuring internal and external initiatives clearly represent the mission and strategic direction of the organization. Uses various techniques to measure both quantitative and qualitative results as a means to measure effectiveness and alignment with strategic goals.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Works with team to develop, propose, and execute an annual budget focused on financial stewardship, fiscal responsibility, and organizational sustainability.
Working with appropriate staff, seeks additional opportunities for financial support through fund-raising campaigns, grants, and sponsorships.
Ensure successful implementation and evaluation of ongoing programs and events

Other Information/Requirements: 

Bachelor’s in Museum Studies with an emphasis on Administration or related field. At least 10 years’ experience in executive level administration or experience related to the duties and responsibilities specified; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ph.D. preferred or equivalent experience. Supervisory experience required.
