Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Greater Albuquerque Habitat for Humanity a local non-profit is looking for a Mortgage Servicing & Accounting Analyst. This position is full time, 32-40 hours per week. Requires knowledge and experience in Mortgage Servicing and accounting operations. The primary responsibility will be to support the Finance department and agency by providing mortgage servicing, accounting processing and reporting. Attention to detail a must.

Other Information/Requirements: 

• Two-year accounting degree (or equivalent exp) or 4-yr accounting degree, 2 years general ledger and accounts payable experience in a business setting
• Strong computer skills in Excel and office computer software, knowledge of accounting software- prefer Peachtree (Sage 50)
• Valid NM driver’s license and reliable vehicle required for local travel.
