Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The purpose of this position is to increase the capacity of the Military BibleStick ministry and to support the Vision 2033 ministry goals and objectives. This individual is responsible for increasing awareness and demand for the free Military BibleStick resource among chaplains from all components of the military (active duty, reserve, National Guard, VA) and other military agencies that provide support to service members, both active duty and veterans.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

1. Network with military chaplains from all components of service and representatives from various military agencies via email, phone and personal visits.
2. Represent the program and increase the demand of Military BibleStick within the military chaplaincy and various military agencies.
3. Develop a defined Chaplain Data Base (active duty military, veterans, VA Hospital and other agencies). See FCBH website for more.

Other Information/Requirements: 

1. 3-5 years of military chaplaincy experience with strategic and broad assignment background.
2. Requires knowledge of chaplain network as well as network of various military agencies.
3. Must possess excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to develop and maintain strong working relationships with the military network.
4. Public speaking experience.
5. Outgoing and engaging personality.
6. Personal credibility and effectiveness.
7. Willing to travel.
