Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Small, nationally and internationally recognized therapeutic treatment center located in a beautiful mountain setting, specializing in Reactive Attachment Disorder, is seeking a Youth Milieu Director. Involves direct therapeutic and recreational work with children and operational management of 20+ employees. Third in line and reports directly to the CEO.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Requires a minimum of 3 years working in a residential treatment setting with supervisory or management experience. A degree in Psychology, Social Work or Counseling is preferred but not necessary.
