Mid-Level Donor Representative

Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Faith Comes By Hearing has a full-time position available for Mid-Level Donor Representative who will engage, primarily by phone, with donors. This individual will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships and encouraging further support of our mission/vision to achieve fundraising goals.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

• B.A. preferred and/or 1-3 years related experience
• Understand the needs and interests of donors to nurture relationships and deepen engagement with them
• Excellent people skills
• Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
• Professional telephone etiquette, willingness to accommodate donor calls in different time zones

Other Information/Requirements: 

• Ability to work confidentially, with discretion, good team player with ability to work independently
• Problem-solving, research and analytical skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system experience

Preferred:
• Knowledge of Bible translation work and organizations.
• Background in development, customer service or sales.
• SalesForce CRM experience.
