Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Mental Health Worker required for ACT (Assertive Community Treatment) team. Provide comprehensive mental health services with a team approach by seeing clients in the community.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Must have degree and licensure such as BSW or LSAA. Must have good driving record and clear background, be able to pass drug screen.

Other Information/Requirements: 

BA/BS in human service related field
License such as BSW or LSAA or ability to achieve within 90 days of employment.
