Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Immediate opening for a Mental health worker for Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team in Albuquerque. Treatment, rehabilitation and support services are provided to identified clients with severe and persistent mental illnesses who are or have been identified as "difficult to treat" clients. The program uses a mult-disciplinary team approach. Mental Health Worker with focus on housing/Benefits/Vocational Support to work Tuesday through Saturday

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Provide 2-3 weekend activities to promote socialization of clients. And will provide housing, benefits and individual support to clients. This position facilitates a mutually supportive team atmosphere that promotes the philosophy of providing quality, consumer-driven services within the Psycho Social Rehab Component in addition to benefits and housing support.

On call is required

Other Information/Requirements: 

BA/BS in human serivce related field plus 1 year experience with SDMI population. Experience with housing, benefits.

SOAR trained representative preferred

Bilingual preferred.
