Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The primary function of the position is to provide counseling services to our veteran enrollees and family members. Collaborates with Team Trainers to ensure holistic program plans for veteran enrollees, their families, and their dogs. The Mental Health Counselor reports to the Director of Mental Health.

Mental Health Support Oversight
Events and Communications

Other Information/Requirements: 

Minimum Qualifications:

· Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling or Social Work.
· New Mexico Licensure as LBSW, LMSW, LISW, LPCC, LMHC, LMFT or LPAT (Failure to obtain full licensure or loss of licensure will disqualify the person from meeting the minimum requirements).
