Main Areas of Responsibility:
This position provides customer service to the patrons of our state-of-the-art performing arts center, serving Artesia, Roswell and Carlsbad (not exclusive). The Membership/Patron Services Director is on the front line interacting with our clients, guest and patrons by providing for their needs in all types of events, concerts and activities. As the Membership/Patron Services Director you will represent the quality and grandeur of Artesia Arts Council.

Assist customers
Contact for ticket patrons
Provide accurate information of AAC Mission, Purpose and history
Supervise updates of events online
Manage group sales, pre-sales, day of sales
Maintains Membership records
Resolve customer conflict
Knowledge of programs currently available to customers
Upgrading customer
Manage box office
Contribute to Volunteer Services program
Daily deposits
Provides reciprocity information
