Membership/Patron Director

Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Membership Director is responsible for managing all aspects of the Ocotillo Performing Arts Center/Artesia Arts Council’s Golden Ticket sales and Membership Drive. S/he will be responsible for the management of all activities regarding Artesia Arts Council’s membership base, donations, sponsors and fundraisers.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Develops, retains membership program
Retains, develops new memberships & contacts for sponsorship, donations, fundraisers
Maintains the face @ all events, programs & fundraisers
Meets & exceeds goals set by Ex Dir, Board
Principal contact for inquiries
Fulfills member, sponsorship benefits
Provides reports
Creates excitement in membership & sponsorship for fine arts & performing arts within organization
Other duties as assigned

Other Information/Requirements: 

Experience with Customer Service, Patron Services and Public Relations a must.
Familiarity with Vendini Ticketing, website, email blast, other online marketing.
High School diploma /GED.
Associate or above a plus.
Ability to meet & greet, exceed goals
Microsoft (Word, Excel, Power Point, publisher and Outlook)
Personable and outgoing
Math skills
Attention to detail
Team player
Flexible hours
Self-motivated, confident, confidential, accurate, high integrity and creative

The Membership Director position is based on a minimum work week/10-15 hours with a 10% bonus of the gross collected if goals are meet.
