Sell memberships and provide service at the membership desk.
Informing members and public of museum offerings and facility.
Knowledgeable of museum events and activities.
Problem solving for members and the public regarding Museum issues.
Use Vista software to sell admission tickets.
Sales and redemption of Foundation gift cards.
Responsible for cash drawer accuracy.
Answer membership phone line.
Working in a team environment, assists with other projects and tasks as assigned.
