This full-time, non-exempt position plays a key role in the organization, responsible for administering the daily functions of the membership office at the front of the zoo serving over 18,000 member households; duties include: membership cultivation and retention through creative marketing strategies, professional sales techniques and an understanding of Customer Service at the highest level, greeting all members and potential members and
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
providing: friendly customer relations; detailed information to assist in choosing the correct membership and donation levels for their goals in supporting the Society and BioPark; implementation of membership data input; sales and promotions; volunteer, member & public relations. Hires, trains and manages Membership Services Associates, Front gate Sales Representatives and volunteers. Available to work weekends, holidays and some evenings as needed.
