Main Areas of Responsibility:
Assist the Executive Director and manage a range of tasks including seminar planning and marketing, website maintenance, membership services and budget development. The coordinator will administer the membership's database and social media, update and maintain a new website; enlist sponsors for seminars and newsletters and plan social events and fundraising auctions.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
The job requires the ability to: use new hardware and software particularly WordPress and ideally HTML/coding, supervise and delegate projects for work-study interns, assist the bookkeeper with financial tasks and perform daily office tasks.
