Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Plan and execute annual appeals and membership programs and events, and related communications and materials. Plan and execute cultivation, solicitation and stewardship programs and events, and related communications and materials. Prepare and manage program budgets and expenditures. Provide direction and supervision to department support staff and volunteers.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Oversee Raiser’s Edge database ensuring that all aspects of system are utilized and technology maintained at optimum levels
Develop/ implement all aspects of individual, business partner/corporate membership and recognition programs
Coordinate annual appeal and manage recognition efforts
Assist in developing/oversee distribution of fundraising collateral materials, including direct mail solicitation, on-site membership sales
Plan/implement special promotions /events for members

Other Information/Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university required
• Minimum of three years of experience in nonprofit management
• Significant experience with Raiser’s Edge required
