Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

We have a full-time, non-exempt, entry-level member services specialist position available in our Member Services Department. Typical activities include processing membership and product orders, tracking personal continuing education credits and related data entry.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Ideal candidates will have stellar phone etiquette, have well-developed interpersonal skills, be detail oriented and conduct themselves in a professional manner. Candidates should also be able to speak, type and navigate systems simultaneously, take initiative, follow through, when appropriate, and thrive in an ever changing environment.
