Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility:

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3-5 yrs. of c/s experience, with a passion for resolving customer issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including phone, email & chat.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Critical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to review and verify documents for content and accuracy.
• Ability to up and cross sell products.
• Intermediate MS Office skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Ideal candidates will have stellar phone etiquette, have well-developed interpersonal skills, be detail oriented and conduct themselves in a professional manner. Candidates should also be able to speak, type and navigate systems simultaneously, take initiative, and follow through, when appropriate.
