Main Areas of Responsibility:
We have a full-time, entry-level member services specialist position available in our Member Services Department. Job duties include supporting ASRT members by responding to phone calls and correspondence, and performing data entry in order to solve core needs. In our fast-paced, nontraditional customer service work environment, we focus on making sure the job is done right the first time.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
•High school diploma or GED.
•3-5 years of in-person or phone based customer service exp. with a passion for resolving customer issues.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including phone, e-mail, and chat.
•Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team environment.
•Critical, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
•Ability to build rapport and utilize diplomacy and tact.
•Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
•Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
