Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Have you mastered your specialty, and are ready to support the profession in a different way? The American Society of Radiologic Technologists (ASRT) Member Services Department has a career opportunity for a member services manager.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

You’ll coach, guide and manage staff to maintain a balance between organizational policies and member benefit decision making. Take the lead in evaluating departmental systems and procedures to drive continuous process improvements that positively impact the member experience. Tactfully and diplomatically ensure that the department thoroughly and efficiently gathers member and customer information to fulfill needs, create records and place orders accurately, efficiently and completely.

Other Information/Requirements: 

•Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
•RT and ARRT certification preferred.
•5 yrs of mgt level experience.
•Able to work effectively in a team environment.
•Strong member focus, able to interpret needs & relay trends.
•Able to negotiate challenges & remove barriers.
•Able to coach and deliver prompt, respectful feedback to staff.
•Polished demeanor, able to interact with all levels of the organization.
•Able to work in a fast-paced environment & remain calm under pressure.
