Main Areas of Responsibility:
Position Purpose: To ensure the smooth production of all NMCADV meetings, training and events.
Responsibilities Include: Coordination of venues; lodging; and materials/supplies/AV technology for all events. Administration for all event registration; online training and webinars; filing of training records; and speaker/presenter contracting and arrangements.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
High technology proficiency in: Microsoft Office and Adobe.
Management/Administration skills in: social media, website platforms, event management software, course management systems, video sites, and online conference management systems.
General skills include: Highly organized and detail oriented; excellent time management; solution focused; effective written and oral communication skills; passion for excellent customer service and personable demeanor.
